Live chat window can be translated into the following languages: Arabic, Bulgarian, Catalan, Chinese Simplified, Chinese Traditional, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Estonian, Farsi (Persian), Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Latvian, Lithuanian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Portuguese (Brazil), Romanian, Russian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish, Ukrainian, Vietnamese.
You can select the needed language on the Account Settings / Regional Settings page. All elements in your account such as pre-chat survey and offline form fields, system messages, department titles, chat window titles, button texts and post chat survey will be automatically translated into the language you select. If you have already customized any texts or resources our system will offer to keep them or replace with the default values.
If you would like to add your own texts, you can manually update customizable elements of your live chat window:
Please note! If you decide to overwrite your custom texts with the default ones while translating your account, this update cannot be reversed.
Correct time zone is an important part of your live chat localization. The time displayed in your chat transcripts will be taken from the time zone settings defined on the Account Settings / Regional Settings page.
By default Unicode (UTF-8) is set as the email messages encoding. This setting is the best choice for most languages. However, if you prefer to use other encoding, you can select it on the Account Settings / Regional Settings page.
